When I build something I usually tend to over-engineer with extra support
. This project is going to strain that tendency as I try to keep weight down
. Hard to believe this bunk is simply 3/4" plywood with a 4" lip supported by a hinge
on one side and a bracket
over each window. I wouldn't sit my 240lb butt
on it, but should be strong enough for the kids.
